Bangladesh Bioethics Society (BBS) signed an MOU with Teesside University, UK on 16 August 2022. The signatories were Dr. David Bell, Pro Vice-Chancellor (International), and Dr Arif Hossain, Vice President, BBS for Cooperation in a broad range of areas not limited to the exchange of ideas/ expertise, collaboration in research, and exchange of students of Master, PhD. Prof Shamima Lasker and Dr Turna T Mithila were present at the signing ceremony as witnesses.
Bangladesh Bioethics Society (BBS) has signed a Memoranda of Understanding with American University of the Sovereign Nations (AUSN), Scott dale, Arizona, USA on 2nd January 2015 with the initiatives of Prof. Shamima Lasker & Prof. Arif Hossain for cooperation in the field of post graduate education on Bioethics.
An agreement executed between Universal Digital Lybrary SDN, BHS, Malaysia and Bangladesh Bioethics Society to provide service to access to Bangladesh published research and increase3 world wide knowledge of indigenous scholarship.
Globethics.net, situated in Switzerland, is a Global Digital Library on Ethics. BBS has signed a MOU with Globethics.net on 1st April 2011 for cooperation to provide larger outstreach, extended searchebility and higher recognation to the Bangladesh Bioethics Society content. It also provide a better service through improvement of the quality and quantity of the lybraries content.
The Signatories were from Globethics.net Dr Christoph Struckelberger , Executive Director, Globethics.net and from BBS Professor taslima Monsoor, Chairman, Bangladesh Journal of Bioethics.
BBS has signed a MOU with Sociedad De Bioethica (SIBI), Spain on 22 June 2010 with the initiative of Prof Shamima P Lasker PhD, founding Chairman and Secretary General for joint deliberations to foster bioethics perspective, exchange of point of views and activities, cooperation between both instituitions and preparation of proposals which serve general interest.
The Signatories were Marcel Palacious Albnso, Founder of SIBI; Paz Femandaz Felgurenoso, President, SIBI Foundation & Mayor of Gijoin from SIBI and Shamima Parvin Lasker, General Secretary, Bangladesh Bioethics Society from BBS respectively.
